Hello everyone!
Today I am getting some pictures of the students at my school so that you can all see the beautiful faces that I am teaching while here in Senegal! The computer I am on is so cool! It's a widescreen one! Anyways, today is going much better than Friday at school! I find that I have much more patience with the kids so far and when it runs low I am remembering to pray to the Lord who makes all things good! Thank you for the prayers!
As my time comes to a close here in St. louis I am finding that there are things I will miss when I leave. It is a different kind of missing though. Hard to explain. I will definately miss the good friends that I have met through Projects Abroad, like Maissa, Lisa, and Claire ( those are the ones I will miss the most!). I will also miss the host family I have been staying with. The children have been so fun to play with and I will miss seeing their smiling faces and hearing them sing to me. I will also miss Madame Diene, my host mom, because she has really been like a mother to me while I have been here.
I think the other thing I will miss is the beautiful sights you see around the city. Even though there is trash everywhere and flies all around you, there are certain 'Kodak moments' that I see that make me want to bottle it up and just take it home with me. For example the ocean view from Zebrabar, or the way the sun reflects off the water on the way to work! I took the most beautiful picture this morning of a boat that I see all the time on the way to work! I can't wait to show you all!
I'm sure there are other things too. But I miss you all so much and can't wait to get home and give you all big hugs and kisses!!!! Just a few more days! I know I can do it!
I pray that you all have a good day!
Love In Christ,
Lindsey <3

Hey Lindsey,
You are an amazing person! if you have room left on your memory card keep taking those pictures. ( thats why they call it a memory card - to keep your memories).
Have a fantastic few days. I know you are doing God's work there, but selfishly I miss having you here.
Peace
David
Sounds like your spirits are up. Lovin' the power of prayer! Hang in there and know that He is hanging on to you. You'll make it. Love you and can't wait to see you!

"In Him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in His Holy name." Psalm 33:21
I miss you dear and its good to hear all the wonderful things especially the pictures and memories. It'll be hard to leave with all those wonderful things and people you talked of, but i am sure you are still anxious to get home for the things you wont necessarily miss.
I love you and its ok that you can't call, i wish you could've, but its only a couple of days.
I know you will have many things you can use this experience for and i hope i can use them as well for any number of things.
God is so good to us!!!
" Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance."
1 Corinthians 13: 4-7
